In this project, I conducted an in-depth analysis of
Generation Z's internet and social media usage
patterns and their potential impact on mental health.
Through extensive data collection and analysis, I
explored various aspects, including the frequency and
duration of social media usage, online activities,
preference for visual platforms, and the prevalence of
mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
My findings suggest a strong correlation between high
social media engagement and mental health concerns
among Generation Z, highlighting the need for further
research and intervention in this area. By uncovering
these insights, I aim to contribute to a better
understanding of the complex relationship between
technology use and mental well-being in today's youth.
